Typically Location books out the entire boat to one group such as a family, multiple families, group of friends, or work retreat. Annually we attempt to do at least one per cabin charter where guests can experience our style of yachting without having to pay for, and fill, the entire Yacht. 7 day Per Cabin Exumas Charter January 16th-22nd, 2026
General Info:
Location is offering our next per cabin charter which will begin and end out of the beautiful Palm Cay Marina in Nassau Bahamas cruising the amazingly beautiful Exuma Cays, our favorite destination. This trip will be offered as All Inclusive including meals prepared by the amazing Chef Lily and bottomless drinks by Captain Nik as you cruise through islands of The Bahamas. Guests can book individual cabins which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Each Cabin has all the comforts of home including your own private toilet and shower, air conditioning, hair dryers, and so much more.
Sample Itinerary:
- Day 1: Boarding Time 12:00PM Prompt. Enjoy lunch prepared by Chef Lily while Captain Nik gives a safety briefing. Set sail for Allens Cay to feed the iguanas. Dinner prepared by Chef Lily with entertainment to follow.
- Day 2: Breakfast and Reposition to Shroud Cay to explore the mangrove rivers filled with turtles, rays, and sharks. Hang out at "the washing machine" which is a natural lazy river and beautiful beach. Lunch aboard prepared by Lily. After lunch sail to Hawksbill Cay to explore the sandbars followed by Dinner aboard the boat.
- Day 3: Breakfast followed by sail to Warderick Wells Cay, Headquarters of the Exumas Land and Sea Park. This beautiful anchorage will be home for the night. Warderick Wells has amazing snorkeling, incredible marine life that comes right up to the boat, a great beach with a full whale skeleton, and a chance to stretch your legs to explore this incredible island including hiking Booboo Hill. All meals aboard the boat.
- Day 4: Breakfast then sail to Big Majors Spot to swim with the pigs. Quick sail over to Staniel Cay for lunch and then snorkel Thunderball Grotto Cave. Dinner and drinks at guests expense at Staniel Cay yacht club. Guests can opt to eat as a group or individually.
- Day 5: Breakfast then Sail to Compass Cay to swim with the nurse sharks. Lunch to follow then explore the amazing beaches of compass and Rachels Bubble Baths. For those looking for more snorkeling a group can proceed to the Rocky Dundas Caves & Coral heads.
- Day 6: Breakfast then sail to The Aquarium for a quick snorkel. Lunch then sail to Normas Cay to snorkel Pablo Escobar's sunken Plane. Dinner ashore at either Macduff's or Xuma at guests expense either individually or as a group.
- Day 7 Set sail back to Nassau while enjoying breakfast prepared by Lily, Disembark at 12:00PM
Pricing:
Pricing is per cabin, single or double occupancy. We have 4 bedrooms available for this charter, first come first served. Pricing is plus Bahamas Taxes (14%) and mandatory crew tip collected at booking (20%). Inquire for final total.
- King "Owners Suite" (1 Available)- This bedrooms is double the size of the rest and has a separate toilet from the shower area. This bedroom is accessed via stairway from the main saloon. The rate for this room is $12,000.00 (Or $6,000 per person double occupancy)
- Queen Standard Room (2 Available)- This bedroom has a walk around queen bed and is complete with a comfortable Shower, toilet, and vanity. This bedroom is accessed via stairway from the main saloon. The rate for this room is $10,000.00 (Or $5,000 per person double occupancy)
- Queen Starboard Aft (1 Available)- This Bedroom is accessed via a Lamborghini style door on the exterior of the boat near the back. This bedroom has a comfortable queen bed that is not quite a full walk around. The bathroom in this cabin is an all in one Toilet, shower, and vanity. The rate for this room is $9,000.00 (Or $4,500 per person double occupancy)

Palm Cay Marina in Nassau Bahamas
This would be advisable as if your incoming flight is delayed you may get left behind and have to fly to one of the other islands to meet the boat. This has never happened to guests but not looking for it to happen. Baha Mar is a great resort to stay at for the night if you fly in the night before.

All food including snacks (with the exception of 2 meals ashore), Drinks including alcohol, fuel, moorings, onboard activities, excursions, and so much more.
Yes you will be sharing the boat with others who book the other cabins. You can book multiple cabins however if you intend on booking 3 or more, we suggest booking the entire boat. While the boat is spacious, you will be aboard with others you will not know so if your not an outgoing person and like to keep to yourself this may not be the trip for you.
No our crew handles all the sailing. If you want to jump in and help we welcome people who want to learn the ropes.
This is our biggest guest worry which never typically materializes. If you are prone to seasickness and have been unable to cure it in the past, this may not be the trip for you. Many guests who get motion sickness get a prescribed patch prior to their trip. Those concerned that want to take preventative measures can take over the counter meds or we suggest natural ways of deterring the sickness. We have never had a guest who has had their trip ruined due to seasickness as the symptoms rarely last long if they present themselves.
We can connect you with a great driver to get you to the marina or you can take a taxi. The marina is about a 30 min car ride from the airport.

The Bahamas charges 14% tax on all of our charters which is not included. Also we will pre charge a mandatory 20% gratuity on top of the cabin rate for the crew which we guarantee they will earn. There are 2 meals which are taken ashore at your own expense. Compass cay charges $15 per person to swim with the nurse sharks. Location sells gear which is an additional expense (hats, shirts, ect.).
If you book a cabin and can not make the trip, we will work to re-sell your cabin and if we are able to a full refund can be offered.
